Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Cherry Picker Operators to join our dynamic team in the picking warehouse department. This role primarily involves material handling and requires experience with cherry pickers and other forklifts.
Responsibilities
Utilize cherry pickers daily to put away received products.
Handle materials using forklifts 70% of the time and conduct inventory cycle counts 30% of the time.
Put away between 30 to 150 products and complete 275 orders per day.
Perform cycle counts with a strong attention to detail.
Assist in the receiving department by sorting materials onto large yellow carts.
Log products into the system using a phone-type device and a tablet on the cherry picker.
Be versatile in assisting the team, especially when other employees are absent.
Transport materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations.
Receive, distribute, and store products securely.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by disposing of scrap materials.
Essential Skills
Experience with cherry pickers and forklifts.
Proficient in order pulling and shipping.
Ability to perform cycle counts and utilize ERP systems for data recording.
Skilled in packing and preparing shipments for carriers like FedEx and UPS.
Experience with SAP and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Efficient time management abilities.
Capability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment, including lifting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00/hr.
