Overview: Pharmacy Service Line is seeking two Epic Application Analyst II contractors to support the Specialty Pharmacy PMP Project. These roles will focus on the build and implementation of specialty pharmacy workflows to support PMP and PTC departments, with the goal of achieving 340B status for high-cost medications.

Responsibilities:

Configure, build, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory with a focus on specialty pharmacy workflows.

Collaborate with project managers, clinicians, and technical teams to design and optimize workflows for specialty pharmacy operations.

Participate in project planning, testing, and validation activities to ensure timely and accurate implementation.

Troubleshoot, resolve, and document application issues; escalate as needed to senior analysts or Epic support.

Assist with integration of specialty pharmacy workflows into existing Epic infrastructure.

Support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades related to Epic pharmacy applications.

Ensure build decisions align with organizational standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements (including 340B program goals). Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of Epic build/support experience required.

Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory strongly preferred.

Experience implementing pharmacy-related Epic projects, particularly in specialty or ambulatory settings.

Strong understanding of clinical workflows and ability to translate requirements into Epic build solutions.

Demonstrated success managing project timelines and deliverables in a healthcare IT environment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
