Overview

Mechanic: Pay $78,273 $139,360 annually (Hourly + Commission + Performance Bonus)

Location: 1709 S. Broadway, Santa Maria, CA 93454

Responsibilities

What can you expect from being a Mechanic?

Work as a team to perform front-end mechanical repairs, including alignments, brakes, steering/suspension, fluid exchanges, and repairing or replacing components such as water pumps, alternators, belts, hoses, and radiators.

Qualifications

What will make you a great fit for our team as a Mechanic?

• Have at least 2 years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
• Must be energetic, ethical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members to ensure mechanical issues are addressed and recommendations made.
• Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
