NOC Technicians
to join a critical DoD program in
Springfield, VA . The team is seeking network specialists to provide operations and maintenance and troubleshooting supporting to Security and Electronic Systems.
Clearance: TS/SCI required
Location: Springfield, VA (100% on-site)

Responsibilities of the NOC Technician:
Continuously monitor application and network performance to identify potential issues. Review system alerts, validate incidents, and escalate unresolved problems to Tier 2 or higher support teams. Conduct initial troubleshooting, document findings thoroughly, and update the ticketing system accordingly. Ensure consistent operational coverage during assigned shifts. Prepare and distribute reports as required. Qualifications of the NOC Technician:
Top Secret/SCI clearance required Bachelors degree with 1+ years of experience with network troubleshooting and administration Certifications: IAT II (Sec+, Net+, CySA+, CCNA) desired Experience utilizing ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy) Experience with Microsoft technologies and 365 environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide Tier 1 support to end-users Compensation of the NOC Technician:
Total compensation based on experience level - $90,000-$100,000+ Full Benefits: PTO, Sick leave as required by law, Holidays, 401K, Medical Dental Vision coverage Certification reimbursement Long-term, newly-awarded program with a growing team
