Our client, a leading organization in operations support and data management, is seeking a Data Analyst - Hypercare Support to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting data management and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a problem-solving attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Data Analyst - Hypercare Support
Location: Loveland, Colorado
Pay Range:
$45 to $50 an hour W2 Contract:
12 month contract, strong possibility of extension
This role is not open to C2C candidates, supplier candidates on a W2 referral basis, or candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future.
What's the Job?
Monitor and assign tasks via Service Now and shared email inboxes to ensure timely responses Work directly in SAP on master data requests to support operational needs Collaborate with data requestors to troubleshoot and resolve request concerns Assist with maintaining data request trackers and provide updates to management Participate in mini projects focused on data cleanup and standardization as assigned by leadership What's Needed?
Customer service experience to effectively support internal teams and stakeholders Strong data analytics skills with the ability to work with large or complex data sets Proficiency in Excel and working with data management tools Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and collaborate with team members Experience working with SAP and Service Now platforms is preferred What's in it for me?
