Job Description
Join our healthcare team as a Physical Therapist in a busy outpatient clinic located in Houghton, MI. This facility is known for its commitment to quality patient care and comprehensive rehabilitation services. As a key member of the therapy staff, you will work with a diverse patient population including children, students, adults, and geriatrics, providing essential physical therapy services.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide therapeutic interventions to address orthopedic conditions, vestibular issues, neurological disorders, and generalized weakness. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary using electronic health records (EHR) in WebPT. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Doctorate preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in an outpatient clinic preferred; however, strong new graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered. Orthopedic knowledge and experience working with collegiate athletes is highly desirable. Strong patient experience orientation. Why ARMStaffing?
