We are seeking professional and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team as Food and Banquet Servers. This role is essential in creating a positive guest experience by providing excellent service during events, banquets, and special functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up banquet/event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and place settings as directed. Greet and serve guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. Deliver food and beverages to tables or buffet areas according to event requirements. Clear tables, refresh beverages, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event. Assist with event breakdown, including clearing tables, collecting service items, and resetting spaces. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth event execution. Dress Code Requirements:
White collared button-down shirt. Black dress pants. Black shoes. Neat and professional appearance is required at all times. Qualifications:
Previous food service or banquet experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedule - must be available evenings, weekends, and event dates as assigned. Benefits:
