Job Description : Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to join their well-established hospital in Redding. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality care across preventive, medical, and surgical cases Guiding and supporting associate veterinarians in clinical and professional growth Partnering with the management team to develop hospital goals and policies Leading by example in fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture Strengthening client relationships and ensuring a high level of service Package :
Base salary range of $175,000-$200,000 for Medical Director role Performance-based ProSal compensation model Generous sign-on and relocation stipends Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Paid vacation and holiday entitlement Continuing education allowance with paid CE days Full coverage of licensing and professional dues Parental leave included as part of benefits package Employee discounts for veterinary services
