About Client: The Client is a global technology company specializing in financial software and services. It is best known for its flagship products like QuickBooks (accounting software), TurboTax (tax preparation), and Mint (personal finance management). Rate Range: $75-$80/Hr

Job Description: A Technical Lead who can serve as the technical face of our team to the client. This individual will be responsible for managing communications, reporting, incident handling, and ensuring high-quality, on-time technical deliverables. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and experienced in leading scalable products with millions of users. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client Drive regular reporting, status updates, and timely communication Lead and participate in incident calls, ensuring quick resolution and root cause analysis Coordinate and oversee the development team's deliverables and timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Managers Ensure best practices are followed in development, testing, and deployment Provide technical leadership on architectural decisions and code quality Mentor developers and foster a high-performance engineering culture Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, and React Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture Familiarity with application security and performance optimization Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and various deployment strategies Proven track record of leading development for large-scale products with a million+ user base Excellent communication and client interaction skills Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes Strong experience on cloud platform AWS Desirable Skills:

Experience in handling production support and critical incident management Prior experience in a client-facing technical leadership role
