Overview
Akkodis is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist for a client in the MinneapolisSt. Paul area. The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of IT help desk experience and be able to work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Location
St. Paul, MN area Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
Employment Type
Contract position (long term) with potential for Contract-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Provide IT help desk support with a focus on virtual/remote assistance
- Support multiple clients; experience with MSP environments is preferred
- Work with different teams, tools, and systems in a call-centerstyle environment
- Leverage prior virtual support experience to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 25+ years of IT Help Desk or equivalent experience
- Experience in MSP environments or supporting external customers in a call centertype setting
- Background in virtual support; deskside support experience is less aligned with this role
- Effective communication and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Compensation and Benefits
