Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work synergistically with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver inclusive, comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide coaching to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic practices that facilitate ongoing progress beyond therapy sessions. Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Keep a close watch on clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient trajectory. Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Commitment to ongoing learning with opportunities for continuing education or post-grad certifications. Required Certifications
Current
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
license. NBCOT
certification is mandatory. Key Skills
