Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is hiring: Network/IT Specialist in Las Vega

Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, a private, non-profit law firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time, permanent Network/IT Specialist. The successful Candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of directly related, hands-on network/computer management experience. Experience working with non-profits and/or legal services organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Windows 2016/2019
• Exchange (On-Prem) 2013 or higher
• Windows 10 and 11 Desktop End-User Support
• Ability to accurately track volume licensed products and implementations
• A solid understanding of multi-site, interconnected networks containing multiple LANs
• A core understanding of cyber security principles and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products, to initiate and complete projects will also be necessary.

Additional Skills and Qualities Desired

• Experience with Mitel or other on-prem telephone systems
• Experience with Sophos firewalls and other hardware
• Constantly expanding their own knowledge base
• Strong customer service skills and concepts
• Ability to anticipate and strategically plan network changes and growth
• Works equally well individually and on a team
• Technical certifications are a bonus but not mandatory
