Job Title: IT Support Technician

Job Summary: To plan, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software and other technology related systems at various district locations including but not limited to MAC and PC compatible hardware and OS applications, LANs and all their component subsystems, data, voice and video premise wiring.

FTE/Hours per Day: 8.0 hours per day, 52 weeks per year, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software and other technology related systems across district locations.
• Support MAC and PC compatible hardware and OS applications; manage LANs and their subsystems, data, voice and video wiring as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent coursework.
• Man OSX support essentials certification or ability to obtain within two years.
• Apple Certified Desktop Tech annual certification required, or ability to obtain.
• ACPT desired.

Salary/Wage Information

The hourly rate for this position is $28.91 - $31.88.
