Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay:
$35.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500
(as much as
$32,500 annually
in addition to base pay)
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
available
Student loan reimbursement program
Total compensation potential: $110,000+ annually
depending on hours, experience, and performance

3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)
Flexible full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week)

manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and one-on-one patient care . Clinicians here enjoy a

supported by mentorship and continuing education opportunities. Job Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
Follow and implement individualized treatment plans
Work one-on-one with patients to restore function, mobility, and independence
Document daily treatment notes accurately in a modern EMR system
Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current California PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
New graduates and experienced PTAs welcome to apply
