Production Scheduler – AlphaGraphics Cherry Hill
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

AlphaGraphics Cherry Hill is a locally owned Digital print, sign, and marketing company dedicated to helping businesses and organizations stand out. We handle everything from traditional printing and large-format signage to custom graphics, apparel, and direct mail. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to help keep jobs flowing smoothly from start to finish.
The Role
As our Production Scheduler, you’ll be the hub between our sales, customer service, and production teams. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate daily production schedules, manage timelines, and ensure that jobs move efficiently through the shop. Success in this role requires someone who is proactive—able to anticipate challenges, stay ahead of deadlines, and take initiative to keep projects on track.
In addition to scheduling and coordination, this position is hands-on. You’ll also assist with production tasks when needed to help the team meet tight deadlines and keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage daily/weekly production schedules
Prioritize and allocate jobs based on deadlines, resources, and equipment availability
Communicate clearly with team members about job status, changes, or issues
Track progress of jobs to ensure on-time delivery
Anticipate scheduling challenges and adjust proactively
Order and manage inventory of all production supplies
Schedule and coordinate installers for graphics/signage jobs
Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries for completed jobs
Assist in production where needed to meet timelines
Maintain records and assist with workflow improvements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise
Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in printing, signage, or related production environment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Comfortable with scheduling tools/software (we’ll train you on our systems)
Positive, team-oriented attitude
