Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer located in Cambridge, MN. We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Technician roles. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $30.00-$33.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Interested? Read below to learn more! What You Will Do As A Maintenance Technician: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity Conduct facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs Inspect and test equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards Document all maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues Assist in equipment installations, relocations, and modifications as needed Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas Ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in safety initiatives What You Need To Be A Maintenance Technician: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school training preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with tools and equipment including welders, grinders, hoists, power tools, and diagnostic instruments Basic knowledge of PLCs, control panels, and motor controls is a plus Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manual Level Up Your Career With This New Opportunity!
