Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking a qualified
RN Clinical Care Coordinator
for our Personal Care and Memory Support areas.
Brethren Village's RN Care Coordinators are eligible for competitive pay rates starting at $44.00, and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends), plus an overtime premium if working over 40 hours in a week.

The RN Clinical Care Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, LPN's, and Personal Care Aides to monitor and manage Residents' care needs; update Residents' plans of care; provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for assigned staff; and provide direct patient care.
Brethren Village RN Care Coordinators have the opportunity to establish supportive relationships with our Residents; receive on-going clinical skills training; and receive mentoring and guidance from the Director of Nursing and other clinical leaders. Current Available Work Schedule
Full-time, benefits-eligible, 40 hours per week:
7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or similar hours, Monday through Friday; some weekends may be required; occasional evening and overnight hours may be required Requirements
Core Requirements:
a high school diploma or G.E.D. basic computer skills: the ability to access and navigate web sites, and use software, apps, and databases independently the ability to complete online training independently dependability: ability and willingness to meet attendance standards attention to safety: ability and willingness to consistently work in a safe and alert manner, and to report to work fit for duty; commitment to wearing protective equipment as required for the position and adhering to all health and safety standards commitment to treating each Resident, Team Member, and member of the Brethren Village community with respect Additional Requirements for this Position:
valid PA RN credentials current CPR and First Aid certification at least 3 years of nursing experience in a personal care, skilled care, or acute care setting professional nursing experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentoring role prior experience with patients with dementia demonstrated commitment to consistently providing the highest quality clinical care ability and willingness to provide effective guidance, coaching, support, and supervision to LPN's and Personal Care Aides, and to work collaboratively with staff the ability to safely transfer Residents, properly using mechanical lifts when necessary; to safely push adult Residents in wheel chairs; to safely assist Residents who may begin to fall the ability to quickly and safely assist Residents during emergency evacuations and other emergency situations, and to calmly direct staff the ability to remain calm and provide effective care in a fast-paced environment thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations
