In this critical role, you will influence clinical strategy, cultivate partnerships across operations, and mentor the next generation of physician leaders in our growing network. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified nephrologist with at least 5 years of clinical practice experience, strong knowledge of value-based care, and a distinctive history of leading multi-site care delivery. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert clinical leadership and direction. Collaborating with and engaging fellow medical directors. Representing the organization at national and regional forums. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate leader committed to delivering high-quality, value-based kidney care. You should excel in building collaborative physician partnerships, mentoring clinical leaders, and supporting dedicated care teams. This position requires commitment to strategic initiatives and the ability to advocate for physicians to support business growth. You should expect to travel an average of 2+ days per week and be flexible in supporting additional strategic projects.
