Python Automation Engineer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Telecom/ Comcast domain experience • Python Programming • BDD Framework (Behave is preferred) • SQL Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary The Test Lead will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities, mentoring test engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Test Planning and Coordination: o Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements. o Coordinate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand the scope and requirements. o Schedule and manage testing activities to align with project timelines. • Test Execution: o Lead the execution of test cases, both manual and automated. o Build and maintain test automation suites using Python and BDD frameworks o Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all functional and non-functional requirements. o Monitor and report on test progress, including test execution status, defect status, and test metrics. • Team Leadership: o Mentor and guide test engineers, providing technical support and training as needed. o Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of testing activities. o Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. • Defect Management: o Identify, document, and track defects using an issue tracking system (e.g., Jira). o Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects. o Perform root cause analysis for critical defects and implement corrective actions. • Quality Assurance: o Ensure that testing processes adhere to industry standards and best practices. o Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes. o Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Communication, should have worked in onshore and offshore model Education Minimum Degree with IT Skills

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 a year
