Location: Medicare Part B visits- Wellington Area- PRN

Pay: $75-$80/ visit

Position Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients. Help patients improve daily living skills, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life-all from the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients in their homes and create personalized therapy plans.
Provide skilled interventions to improve daily living skills and independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on safety, exercises, and adaptive strategies.
Document progress and ensure compliance with Medicare Part B regulations.
Collaborate with the home health/ therapy team to coordinate patient care.
Adjust treatments based on patient progress and needs.
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license
in the state of practice.
Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, home-based schedule.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills.
CPR and other relevant certifications as required.
