Department Summary
As a pivotal part of our team, our Technicians are responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to countless customers. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to ensure you provide a world-class customer experience while connecting more Americans through innovative technologies. Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You will visit customers’ homes to troubleshoot issues and introduce them to the latest smart home technologies.
Install and service DISH and smart home products at customer locations.
Educate customers on using their new technologies and suggest additional services when appropriate.
Maintain a tidy work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working autonomously and staying connected with your team.

Willing to travel as required and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Physical Ability:
Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft). Lift weights up to 70 lbs. Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
