The Right Agent for Artemis

10+ deals per year
(or hungry to get there fast, as most of our agents close this many in a month). Growth-minded professionals who want

stock revenue share opportunities .
Qualifications Active
Real Estate License
(required). Minimum
1+ year sales or real estate experience
(preferred). Tech-comfortable (CRM, apps, digital tools). Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Follow-Up Boss or Flex experience is a huge plus. Self-starters thrive in this model. Our leadership “can’t want it for you.” If you’re independent, ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated, you will crush your goals with us. Think: owner of your own business vs an employee mentality.
Compensation 100% commission + stock + revenue share. Agents on our platform typically earn
$75,000 annually
as new agents in the first year or two, depending on effort and experience. Our best and most consistent producers take home $200k to $450k annually.
