Summary of the Job:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of designated systems applications and their supporting infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. The specialist works collaboratively with stakeholders to implement enhancements, provide technical support, and develop reporting solutions that meet business objectives.

This role is onsite in Omaha, NE Not able to sponsor h1b's Candidates must have Salesforce Admin and/or Platform Developer certified Maintain, install and, configure system application and supporting infrastructure to meet business objectives
Monitor, patch and deploy changes on the application and supporting infrastructure Testing application functions and upgrades Performance, reliability, and maintenance of assigned application(s) including completion of upgrades and implementations Work closely with capability owners, business units, and third-party vendors to support system enhancements Provide input into the application roadmap for further improvement and development Analyze new data requests and create recommendations for the development of new system reports / dashboards Seek opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve Enterprise processes and systems Provides metrics and other documentation to support analysis and findings Designs, develops, and maintains reports Coordinate, track and respond to data needs and requests from business unit Enhance end users' knowledge, understanding and competency with assigned application(s) Identify, develop and recommend training opportunities that meet and support end user needs Participate in assigned team projects and agile ceremonies Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations as applicable to your job duties Maintain up to date knowledge on application training and certifications 24/7 critical incident response is required The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Required: Salesforce Admin and/or Platform Developer certified Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other technology related field or equivalent years of experience 3+ years of experience in information technology environment 1-3 years of Salesforce experience Experience working with third-party vendors (vendor hosted and on premise) Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment Demonstrate a consultative approach with the ability to analyze stakeholder's needs Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships, listen and actively contribute to discussions Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills in order to debug and troubleshoot issues General knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis Desired: nCino support, configuration, and maintenance experience Understanding of banking Commercial lending process or other LOS applications Experience with monitoring tools (i.e. Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog) Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
