You will report directly to our Procurement Manager, and you'll work out of our

Mason, OH or Charlotte, NC

location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact our financial well-being and quality standards by managing complex procurement projects, leading a team of procurement professionals, and establishing robust supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead tactical procurement for Drop-Ship category and support Mechanical and Electrical procurement for Customer Projects.

Manage daily/weekly/monthly operating rhythms.

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve process gaps.

Mentor Buyer IIs to build strategic and analytical capabilities.

Escalate procurement risks to appropriate stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze team performance on key PO Health KPIs.

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management

Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms.

Data Analysis: Advanced Excel skills; ability to interpret data to drive results.

Lean Six Sigma certified (ideally)

Deep understanding of tactical buying processes

Understand how procurement decisions impact financial and operational performance.

Experience mentoring a team of buyers.

Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical equipment/component external supplier procurement
