Our client is seeking a Salesforce FSL Administrator to join their team in Las Vegas, NV on a contract basis. You will have the opportunity to work on a project!
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce FSL Administrator
to manage and optimize our Field Service Lightning environment. This role will ensure our field service teams operate efficiently, while maintaining data integrity, security, and alignment with business processes.
Responsibilities: Configure and manage
Service Territories, Service Resources, Skills, Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Operating Hours . Customize the
Dispatcher Console
and FSL Mobile App experience for field technicians. Implement
scheduling and optimization rules
to match the right technician to the right job. Build and maintain
automations
such as Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules to support field service operations. Ensure
data integrity, security, and sharing rules , including profiles, roles, and permission sets. Collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to support Salesforce initiatives. Create and maintain
reports and dashboards
to monitor field service KPIs and operational metrics. Support user training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for FSL processes. Job Requirements
Qualifications:
4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably with FSL. Salesforce Administrator certification required; Field Service Lightning Consultant certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools. Experience with Salesforce Mobile App configuration for field teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with scheduling, routing, and optimization in a field service context is a plus.
Pay Rate: DOE
