Job Description

Enters/Updates Shop Employee's Information

Enters/Reviews Daily Mechanics Time cards.

Enters/Reviews Maintenance and Repair Work Orders, including any charges related to these work orders.

Schedules Equipment for PM service.

Enter Oil Samples

Review and process Fleet Invoices

Performs Shop Administration duties such as Updating Shop Calendar, Scanning, Filing, Copying Documentation, answering shop telephone/radio, typing, etc.

Open PO for Services

Responds to inquiries from a variety of individuals (e.g. staff, managers, etc.) in a pleasant demeanor and attitude.

Qualifications: Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school degree or GED equivalent

1 year of job related experience in general business

SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ten-key

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Bilingual English/ Spanish

Pay Range: $20 - $22. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
