What You'll Be Doing: Lead the development and execution of effective site merchandising strategies across retail and outlet websites. Analyze product and content performance through data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Collaborate with the digital content team to ensure messaging, imagery, and consumer journeys align with market trends. Oversee user experience improvements, including UI/UX, navigation, and product recommendations to enhance shopping experiences and boost conversion rates. Become the go-to expert on internal systems and platform capabilities. Ensure timely and accurate product setups with all necessary attributes, copy, photography, and pricing. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in fashion. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a working knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus. Proven problem-solver who is forward-thinking and anticipates needs.
