What is the job? The Business Project Manager is the producer of our Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping feature — orchestrating everything from pre-production planning to the final cut. With a spotlight on the Theater Support Office and theatre operations, this role ensures the solution hits every mark: complex scheduling, hourly workforce management, and compliance across the US, UK, and Eastern European box offices. Directing a cast of vendors, stakeholders, and ERP collaborators, the Project Manager keeps the project on budget, on schedule, and ready for opening night — all while contributing to the bigger franchise of strategic growth.

What will you be doing?

Lead the global implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping solutions across cinema operations. Establish governance structures, track budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. Collaborate with P&C, Payroll, Finance, Theatre Operations, and IT teams across the US, UK, and Central Europe. Oversee vendors and system integrators to align Oracle HCM, Kronos/UKG, and ERP systems for scalability. Manage cross-functional global project teams, building long-term support models post-go-live. About you

7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years leading Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll implementations. Proven track record managing large-scale HR/Payroll/Timekeeping projects in complex organizations (cinema, hospitality, or retail preferred). Strong background in governance, vendor management, and global implementation. Certification preferred: PMP, Agile/Scrum Master, with expertise in Oracle HCM and Kronos/UKG integrations.
