Job Opportunity: Release Professional
As a Release Professional, you will be part of the IT Support and Release Management teams supporting ServiceNow implementation and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Release Professional
Location: Westfield Center, OH (On-site, 3 days a week)
Pay Range:
$42-$52hr
What's the Job?
Assist with ServiceNow UAT testing, including identifying and reporting system issues
Manage change tickets and support the Release Management process
Provide technical mentoring and guidance to internal Release Professionals and help desk personnel
Support and monitor system validation to ensure ServiceNow operates as designed
Create and maintain documentation related to change management and release procedures
What's Needed?
Intermediate experience with ServiceNow, including workflows, reporting, dashboards, and ticket processing
Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL concepts
Experience in Change and Release Management processes
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
