The
Mechanical Construction Project Manager
will oversee all aspects of assigned mechanical projects-ensuring they are delivered
safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and client-facing skills to manage
field productivity, project financials, subcontractors, and client relationships . Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ensure
safety compliance
for all field personnel. Oversee
labor productivity, quality assurance, and trade coordination . Manage
financial performance
including forecasts, reporting, and project cash flow. Direct
material and equipment procurement . Administer
change order management
and contract compliance. Develop and maintain strong
owner/client relationships . Supervise, mentor, and support project staff; provide leadership to assigned teams. Comply with all company
policies, procedures, and operational standards . Qualifications 5-7 years of mechanical construction project management experience
required. Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management , or related field preferred. Proven ability to manage
large-scale mechanical projects
with minimal supervision. Strong business math, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Excellent
communication, organization, and time management skills ; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience interpreting
construction documents, diagrams, and schedules . Knowledge of archiving and managing technical data.
