Position We are seeking a dependable, experienced Phlebotomist for a full-time day shift on-site role at one of our partner facilities in Phoenix, AZ (85029). You will play a key part in accurate specimen collection and processing while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires confident, independent work, attention to detail, and professionalism in a clinical facility environment.

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full-time, averaging 30-40 hours/week Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection per established protocols Accurately input and verify patient/specimen data using a tablet (smartphones not permitted for patient data) Ensure proper labeling, handling, and processing of specimens, including centrifugation as needed Follow the proper order of draw and assist with specimen preparation for testing Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow infection control protocols Provide compassionate, respectful patient interactions in a diverse facility-based setting Follow chain-of-custody and specimen integrity procedures Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all documentation and communications Communicate effectively with lab staff, clinics, and supervisors Adapt to changes in patient volume or workflow Support cross-training efforts and assist with special assignments as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications

Active and valid phlebotomy certification for the state of Arizona At least 2 years of phlebotomy experience outside of training or donation centers (inpatient or geriatric population strongly preferred) Proficiency in pediatric, geriatric, capillary, and venipuncture collections Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Professionalism in diverse patient and facility settings Familiarity with HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (supplies, coolers, centrifuge) All positions require time zone awareness, including the impact of daylight saving time, as we are a multi-state organization with teams and partners across different U.S. time zones. Clear communication and timely coordination are essential. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a hospital as a phlebotomist Knowledge of the order of draw and standard collection protocols Familiarity with phlebotomy equipment (ETS, butterfly systems) Experience with specimen processing and laboratory workflows Interest in long-term growth or cross-training opportunities Job Type: Full-time, W2

Salary & Compensation:

$19.00 - $21.00/hour, DOE (set by hiring manager) Weekly pay (Fridays) Benefits for Full-Time W2 Team Members Benefits begin 60 days after the first full month of full-time employment.
