TS/SCI Engineering & Operations Manager

The Engineering & Operations Manager position is located in Washington, DC, and requires a hybrid work model, with the expectation to be onsite three days per week. The successful candidate will participate in an escalation manager capacity for on-call/after-hours staff, manage a large team of engineers and administrators, and oversee activities on the Operations and Engineering teams to ensure operational continuity. Responsibilities include providing remote and on-site support, conducting root cause and mitigation analysis post-incident, adhering to change management processes, and engaging third-party vendors for resolution management.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of relevant experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar capacity, implementing and troubleshooting IT systems, hardware & software, Systems Design, etc. At least 5 years of experience managing a team of engineers on multiple projects and concurrent operational support. A Bachelor's degree in an IT or related field. 1 of the following certifications: M365X, VCP or CCNP. Eligible for a TS/SCI clearance (active clearance preferred).
