Halff has an immediate opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Richardson, TX location. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Structural Design for bridge design projects. What you will do: Design structural engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer Perform bridge design work Perform calculations and analysis for design projects Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors and contractors Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree; preferably with a focus on Structural Engineering Valid Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record The ability to obtain an EIT Certificate within one (1) year Great communication skills Solid relationship and team building skills Self-motivated and strong organization skills 0 to 3 years of experience in Structural Design for bridge design projects Experience in MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer Knowledge of applicable roadway and drainage modules The Halff Structural Engineering Advantage
