A home building client of Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 helpdesk agent to join its Technical Support Center in Tempe, AZ. This person will be answering calls to help troubleshoot and triage hardware and software issues its u are having. On a typical week, the team helps resolve 100+ calls and tickets. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of call center experience - 1-2 years of Tier 1 helpdesk experience - Experience with any of the following ticketing systems: Halo ITSM, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira - Experience troubleshooting mobile phones, Outlook, Mac and PC devices, Office365, printers. - MUST be willing to go onsite hybird 2-3x per week. - Strong customer service skills and phone presence - MUST be flexible with working hours, some weekend work will be required but not often. Might need to step in evenings.
