Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at?risk youth. Gallatin Primary Assessment Center in Gallatin, Tennessee is a secure short?term facility serving boys ages13 to17 who require assessment and stabilization. The center offers continuous observation, clinical evaluation, mental health care, and life skills programming during initial placement. Youth typically remain for about 30days, receiving individual and group therapy, educational services, victim?impact awareness, and family engagement. Small group living units support informed placement decisions and safe transition to longer?term residential or community settings.

Youll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processes, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and supporting a positive and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor relationships Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budgeting Maintain facility records and track operational expenses Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management Support payroll, benefits administration, and staff compliance Facilitate employee recognition, training tracking, and policy adherence Provide administrative support to the Facility Administrator and Corporate HR Maintain knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational policies Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or HR support Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Valid drivers license and ability to pass background checks Preferred: Bachelors degree in business, human resources, or related field Experience in residential treatment, juvenile justice, or healthcare setting Familiarity with budgeting, payroll, or HR software Apply Today Make a difference with us.
