Responsibilities Supervise and manage the records management team. Develop and implement records management policies and procedures. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of records. Conduct regular audits and assessments of records management practices. Provide training and support to records management staff. Collaborate with other departments to improve records management processes. This position is based in Washington, D.C. with the possibility of growth to managing other offices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High School Diploma Experience: 3+ years in records management, with supervisory experience. Skills: Coaching, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Detail-Oriented, Document Management, Document Management Systems (DMS), Information Management, Office Administration, Problem Resolution, Professional Collaboration, Professional Development Trainings, Supervisory Management, Teamwork Physical requirements: Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.; ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $30.00 to $37.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon location, skills, experience and qualifications. EEO & Accessibility
