As an intern, you will experience the exciting world of aerospace and gain invaluable real-world skills.
In this Human Resources Internship, you will have the opportunity to:
Explore HR policies and procedures, while learning about HR systems and supporting locations aligned with collective bargaining agreements.
Collaborate with experienced professionals on key HR initiatives and gain insight into the daily operations within the aerospace industry.
Our internship program also offers numerous networking events and opportunities to build valuable connections within the ULA community and among fellow interns.
Requirements:
You must have completed at least your sophomore year in college by the time of the summer internship.
A minimum GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale is required at the time of application.
A valid driver's license and transportation is needed if your internship assignment is in Alabama, California, Florida, or Pueblo, Colorado. For internships in Denver, Colorado, and Washington, DC, motorized transportation is recommended.
Preferred Qualifications:
You should be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Be ready to enroll in classes for Fall Semester 2026.
Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer of 2026 is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) is required.
Strong presentation, communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills will help you thrive in this role.
Willingness to work at one of the following ULA locations: Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL; Decatur, AL; or Denver, CO.
