EHS Program Manager , where you’ll lead initiatives that ensure compliance, safeguard our teams, and strengthen our commitment to environmental responsibility. How you will make an impact: The EHS Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and auditing programs and policies that ensure safe, healthy, and an environmentally responsible workplace. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and promotes a culture of continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance. The EHS Program Manager plays a key technical role in identifying hazards, improving safety systems, and supporting sustainable environmental practices. Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements in context and consideration of the Company operation culture of Quality, Safety, Efficacy and Efficiency. Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), ergonomic evaluations, and safety audits. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections. Monitor and analyze workplace safety metrics; recommend improvement strategies. The skills and experience you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credential preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and training skills in English and Spanish. Don’t meet every single requirement? Apply anyway. US BASE PAY SCALE $90,300 - $120,100 The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
