Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management, with Serve Safe Certification considered a bonus (training may be provided to qualified candidates).
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in inventory management, cost controls, and cash handling.
Ready and willing to take the lead on interviewing, hiring, and termination processes.
Prepared to manage the store as if it were your own business, focusing on profitability.
