We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). Talan is seeking a proactive and skilled Full-Stack Application Developer to join the Pricing Team and support Rates Cash and Derivatives Pricing initiatives.

Youll work closely with trading desks to develop and maintain real-time pricing tools for Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivatives (G10 and LatAm), including curve stripping, pricing, streaming, analytics, and reportingprimarily using .NET and C#. Based on a global platform deployed in New York, Paris, London, and Hong Kong, the team operates in an Agile environment and collaborates daily with front-office users. Responsibilities Design, develop, and support real-time pricing and analytics tools for Fixed Income trading (full stack) Act as a key point of contact for front-office users (traders, sales, quants) in New York Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Own software delivery, maintenance, and support across all levels (L1L3) Collaborate with global teams to adapt and deploy tools Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices

Qualifications Required Skills Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar 5+ years of relevant experience in Front Office or financial services background Knowledge of Fixed Income & Capital Markets Exposure to pricing or risk analytics Strong OOP and .NET/C# development Solid grasp of design patterns (incl. MVVM), Dependency Injection, Entity Framework Proficient in SQL and relational databases Familiar with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) Experience with Git and CI/CD in Agile environments

Soft Skills Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Clear communication across technical and business teams
