Pay: $30 - $32 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2 PM - 10 PM
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a similar electrical maintenance or technician role. Proficient in PLCs, AC/DC drives, and operator interface terminals. Skilled in reading schematics and using Microsoft Office. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and adhering to Lockout/Tagout procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical/electronic systems, particularly automation equipment (PLC, NC, Robotics). Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance in line with established procedures. Diagnose and resolve faults using blueprints, manuals, technical specifications, and ladder diagrams. Work with equipment such as Mazak, Fanuc, Toshiba, and Mitsubishi controls. Handle machine voltages up to 480V and perform component-level board repairs. Replace components, including servomotors, drives, sensors, switches, breakers, fuses, and more. Navigate machine systems to modify programs, parameters, or registers as needed. Maintain accurate records of repairs and machine diagnostic s.
