Assistant Medical Director

at our Center for Autism Services, Science, and Innovation (CASSI), you'll blend clinical practice, leadership, and innovation at one of the country's most dynamic centers for developmental care.

What You'll Do

This isn't a "just-clinic" job. You'll wear multiple hats that keep the work engaging and meaningful:

Clinician - Provide expert diagnostic assessments, developmental testing, monitoring, and medication management.

Collaborator - Team up with psychologists, therapists, and educators to design holistic care plans.

Leader - Mentor and supervise medical staff, shape program culture, and help raise the bar for excellence.

Educator & Innovator - Influence residency education, lead quality-improvement initiatives, and drive policies that change lives.

Academic Partner - Earn a Johns Hopkins faculty appointment (Instructor through Professor, depending on experience).

In compliance with the Maryland Pay Transparency act, Kennedy Krieger includes the wage range for all posted jobs. These ranges are based upon the American Academy of Medical Colleges (AAMC) scales and represent a good faith estimate of the base wage range at the time of posting. For this position, the annual wage range is $120,791 to $343,304. The actual wage will be influenced by factors such as faculty appointments, credentials, research experience, and specific expertise. This wage range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation which may be eligible for this position.
