Manufacturing Process Engineer
This Manufacturing Process Engineer will be the interface between engineering and production and will: Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time, enhance setup efficiency, and extend tool life. Update and improve process documentation, fixtures, and gauges. Support MRB disposition and implement corrective or rework instructions. Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure performance and quality standards. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including 5S and lean projects. Support cross-functional teams with proactive corrective and preventive actions. A successful Manufacturing Process Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Familiarity with CNC machining, programming, tooling, and setup practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Experience with CAM/CAD software; Siemens NX preferred but not required. Knowledge of DFM principles; exposure to welding, brazing, heat treating, or plating is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to grow in a hands-on environment.
