McLane Global Full Stack Developer is responsible for delivering end-to-end application solutions, including back-end integration services and front-end dashboards/portals, ensuring security, scalability, and user-centric design. The role enables leadership with real-time visibility and compliance with contractual performance metrics. Responsibilities
Design and develop front-end dashboards, portals, and workflow applications that extend ERP, TMS, and analytics capabilities Engineer and maintain back-end APIs, middleware, and automation services for seamless data exchange Apply secure coding standards (OWASP, NIST 800-53/171) across all development work Optimize application performance for real-time reporting, data refresh, and compliance-driven service levels Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure integration reliability by implementing error handling, reconciliation, and exception workflows Document and maintain technical architecture, code repositories, and deployment processes for audit readiness Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years of professional experience in full stack application development Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Angular) Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, DevOps) Familiarity with Power BI integration and reporting APIs Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance frameworks Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
Experience building both front-end and back-end solutions in compliance-driven environments Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized microservices Familiarity with Power BI embedding and advanced analytics integration Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, user-centric applications with high performance and security standards Benefits
