We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to complete assigned work orders in a professional and timely manner. Tasks may include painting, drywall and plaster repair, grounds maintenance, and light carpentry such as minor floor repairs.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs Identify and report the need for major repairs Clean, maintain, organize, and properly store tools and equipment Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and personal protective equipment Complete exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair Support other maintenance tasks as assigned by the manager Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in maintenance or related field Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem solving High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to safely work from a 6-foot ladder Positive, professional attitude
