to join our growing team.
You'll work directly with founders and hiring leads to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates for everything from protocol engineering to growth and design.
What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical & non-technical Web3 roles Source candidates via Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and niche Web3 channels Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and refine role briefs Build and maintain strong candidate relationships across the ecosystem What Were Looking For
1-3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Familiarity with Web3 and crypto-native communities Proactive sourcing skills and attention to detail Strong communication and people instincts Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive remotely Nice to Have
Experience hiring for crypto startups or DAOs Existing network in DeFi, infra, or Web3 talent pools
