Description

Become a key driver of digital transformation at a leading Commercial Plumbing Company. You will have the opportunity to shape our digital presence, work with a talented, experienced team, and make a significant impact on our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:



Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop, implement, and optimize a multi-channel plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.



Website Management:

Keep the site current, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and conversions; manage landing pages and basic technical housekeeping.



Social Media Leadership:

Manage and grow LinkedIn (primary) plus Facebook/Instagram/Twitter-content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.



Content & Collateral Development:

Create project case studies, brochures/one-pagers, presentations, short videos, and proposal-ready project sheets and resumes.



Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, email, PPC, and display campaigns with clear goals, budgets, and timelines.



Analytics & Reporting:

Track and report on KPIs (traffic, rankings) and iterate based on insights (GA4, Search Console).



Brand Consistency:

Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across web, social, proposals, and print.



Team Collaboration:

Partner with sales/estimating/ops to gather photos, project data, and proof points; coordinate with agencies/vendors as needed.



Pipeline Generation:

Prospect and qualify GCs, owners, and facility managers; maintain a prioritized

chase list

of upcoming projects.



Trends & Innovation:

Stay current on tools and best practices; recommend improvements to keep our digital program sharp.

Events (Occasional):

Support trade shows, sponsorships, and client

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital/B2B marketing (AEC/construction/trades a plus).

• Strong writing and interviewing skills; able to translate technical field work into clear client value.

• Hands-on with WordPress (or similar CMS), GA4/Search Console, and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe).

• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, UTM tagging, and light marketing automation/CRM for lists and attribution.

• Basic photo/video capture/editing; organized, proactive, and comfortable visiting jobsites for content
