$10,000 available for qualified candidates! About the Role: Become a vital part of our bustling Orthopedic Clinic that serves patients across all age groups! Triage patient needs via phone and MyChart messages. Educate and guide patients on their healthcare queries. Assist in procedures and injections, enhancing the patient experience. Collaborate with team members and foster close relationships with healthcare providers. Engage with various disciplines within and outside of Sanford Health. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend or holiday shifts. Job Summary: As a Triage RN, you will: Respond to patient inquiries by assessing their symptoms and guiding them to the appropriate level of care. Schedule appointments with healthcare providers and document interactions in health record systems. Maintain and update triage protocols, ensuring accurate healthcare information. Educate patients based on their inquiries, enhancing their understanding of their health needs. Qualifications: We look for candidates who: Have graduated from an accredited nursing program, preferably holding a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Possess at least one year of healthcare experience. Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or have multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment, along with necessary competencies and certifications.
