Workforce Management Specialist Location : Detroit MI Contract : 15 months Schedule:
3 days onsite Pay : $45.50/hour, DOE
Workforce Management Specialist Qualifications:
3-5 years in project coordination Able to coordinate work order status, resource alignment, and vendor engagement to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance and capital activities. Strong communication skills Experience with Maximo and other enterprise systems to manage work order transitions, estimate resource demand, and monitor task completion. Strong organizational and facilitation skills to ensure work is accurately tracked, resourced, and executed with minimal delays. Workforce Management Specialist Responsibilities:
Align TWO status and CWO status with IPSEC phase Align responsible Org and Person Groups to Initiation team responsible for the action/next step Input estimated hours into Maximo per resource for better visibility into future resource demand Research open and previously closed CWO in Maximo with overlapping scope of ETO to have engaging conversations with Engineering about corrective measures Serves as a liaison between engineering, operations, and support functions to drive progress through the IPSEC phases. Create capital CWO when requested by EPPM (and all O&M CWO for APTS repairs) Update CWO and TWO status of O&M work orders when a decision to change to Capital is made Lead and/or facilitate meetings appropriate to monitoring changes and updates of work through the process Follow-up on statuses and drive action for activities and tasks that are past their normal and acceptable timeframe Facilitate and lead the actions necessary for material ordered by Engineering and coordination of Vendor support
