JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Responsibilities: Set-up, tear down and maintain racecourses and on-mountain competition venues. Provide physical and logistical support for JHMR signature events on-mountain or in base area. Support in the operation and maintenance of electric timing systems. Ensure safety of all courses & venues. Troubleshoot timing and communication equipment. Repair race material, i.e. gates, fencing, and tools. Execute partner activations and events. Support friendly and welcoming guest interactions at events and activations. -- Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job--
Are you the right fit? Below are some traits an exemplary candidate possesses.
Ski racing, freestyle and/or freeride competition knowledge are preferred. Basic construction skills are helpful, not required. Strong Alpine skiing/riding ability required. Ability to carry up to 50 pounds while skiing/riding required. USSA coaching or Alpine Official rating preferred. High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required. Valid Driver's License required. Previous Race Crew or on-mountain work experience preferred. Equipment, Environment, & Physical Requirements:
Skis, Drills, Hand tools, Snowmobiles (Valid Driver's License Required), Computer timers, Pop-up Tents This is a job requiring the capability to do difficult physical work under the most extreme winter alpine conditions. Benefits & Perks:
